Darrell was born, raised and educated in East Maitland. After leaving school, Darrell spent ten years as a motor mechanic and in 1968 joined the Department of Motor Transport. This was followed by becoming the mechanical and enforcement officer in the RTA until retiring in 2006. Darrell involves himself within the community by serving in a local church and being involved with Morpeth Men’s Shed. In his spare time, he works on compiling his family tree.

Starting With Fry Bros

Approached by Tony and Margaret to join Fry Bros, he has found it satisfying to help people in their time of bereavement as well as working in a great team environment. The Fry Bros team is much appreciative of his wife, Rhonda, who makes us the most scrumptious goodies for morning tea! He also loves sharing his home grown veggies with the Fry Bros team. Thanks Darrell!
